I don't normally leave reviews but my experience was too good not to. First, let me say, it was some of the coldest days of the year and I have a quirky, old house. Most plumbers would have denied me service just because of my gross crawl space. Tom DiCarlo and Cody Smith were amazing! Showed up on time, very patient, polite and explained everything in terms I could understand. Tom worked so hard to try to get my pipes unclogged the first visit but he had to come back with the water jet. I cannot say enough how grateful I am and how wonderful these guys were! They went over and above to help me out!! I am so impressed and pleased with the service I received. Highly recommend JR Swanson Plumbing!!!

Peter D took the time to explain the underlying issue with a leak in our kitchen and exceeded any expectations I had for this interaction. Our issue was resolved quickly. Peter even went the extra mile to fix something that wasn't mentioned in my initial request for plumbing service. Professional and personable. Thank you again Peter and JR Swanson Plumbing!

I have used Swanson for years and I have never been disappointed. On New Year’s Eve John came out to fix an issue with an electrical issue on my furnace. It was not an easy fix! John was great and kept me informed during the entire process . Actually all of the Swanson employees who have done repairs at my home were always great. They are also very direct and honest regarding the repairs which I really appreciate

Last week, our furnace’s temperature did not rise and smelled strong. We called this company to make an appointment for repairs. Technician Gary came on time. He inspected it, quickly figured out the problem and immediately ordered parts for us. In the second appointment, Gary perfectly fixed it. Our furnace now works well. We are very happy and satisfied with his excellent job.

We contacted them because we had a problem with the kitchen sink. They answered the phone very patiently and quickly, and immediately sent Tom and another young man to solve the problem we raised and helped us clear up the hidden related problems. They worked very professionally and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations and we are very satisfied.

Great service! Rob did some work at our house this morning. Great guy. In and out. More than fair price. I highly recommend JR Swanson Plumbing!!
